I really enjoy my time here, room was extremely clean,staff were so friendly and really helpful

Breakfast is better than I expected, I don't really eat much Asian Breakfast before but now I really into it good location since it's nearby the beach

Breakfast menu should include meals without ham or pork so people can enjoy who doesn’t eat pork. Almost all items had pork so wasn’t able to eat most items. Staff should speak better english and able to explain customer ask.

Wonderful

Good location near the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Staff was nice.

Shower didn't drain that well. The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be.

The location was close to the beach and resraurants. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

I noticed that the coffee cup at breakfast buffet had a mild stain of lipstick. I told the staff but I dont think she understand what I am saying.

Great stay and superb location

The location is fantastic. Within 5 to 7 mins walk to the beach. There are alot of food choices around the hotel. The hotel even provide free bicycle rental. The motorbikes are also for rent at a very reasonable fee. Massage places are aplenty too. A small night market is located within 5 mins walk (it is located in front of Cicilia hotel). Staff are super friendly and approachable. Our room is clean and bed is comfy.

The bathroom is without a lock. The shower drainage is very slow and it sometimes overflow out of the shower area as the kerb is a wee bit small. The Aircon on the first day was slow to cool the room (I think that's why they have a stand fan in the room too). As the hotel only give one access card key to the room, suggest to get another one to have it powered the room Aircon when you are out and about and one to keep with you,.else when you return to the room at the end of the day, you will feel super stuffy, waiting for the Aircon to cool the entire room.

We had breakfast inclusive and it wasn't very good in comparison with other hotels we have stayed in Vietnam. Is missing variety.

The staff were nice and helpful in getting us the help we needed. The breakfast allows you to experience the local food.

The room did not have a window which was different vs the picture. They offered to upgrade us to a room with a window facing the building next to it. There were insect eggs on the pillow and ceilings. The shower drain was clogged with so much hair that it would not drain any water which caused the water to flood to the entire bathroom. I had to clean it with a towel by myself. The soap dispenser in the shower was (designed to be) empty and had to get the soap from the sink which was inconvenient. There is also no shower door so the water would splash everywhere in the bathroom. There is a fundamental design flaw in the shower room. The fire alarm went off at 6:55 am, and they did not apologize so I assume that is the norm in this hotel. The hotel was mostly occupied with local people and very noisy during breakfast.

Great Stay with helpful staff

The staff was helpful and welcoming. I want to thank Kim VI at reception and her manager that made our check in and check out. They gave us really good advice about the city, and even help us to book a trip to Ba Na Hills that I recommend. The room is modern and comfortable. Location is good for the sea, only 5 minutes walking. Beautiful swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was very good and we’ve found vietnamese specialities. The staff at the breakfast was very nice and smiling aswell.

They were no window in the room, not really used to it...

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are so nice and willing to help you in any way. They recommend some great restaurants in the local area and remember me and my partner by name. The room was amazing and great view. Absolutely loved it!!!!

Perfect Hotel for a Trip to Da Nang

- modern, stylish facilities - beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop with oceanview - diverse options for breakfast (both western and asian) with beautiful view - exceptional service and hospitality (very friendly staff, always concerned about the guest‘s wellbeing, free bycicles, arrangement of private driver, transfer, transportation) - perfect location, lots of bars, cafes and supermarkets around, about 500m to the beach, 40 minutes drive to Hoi An and 15 minutes drive to the airport

- unfortunately our room was very dark as another hotel was built right next to ours so there was just another wall in front of the window
